Why haven’t I received my reward.
Rewards can take up to seven business days to process, although this is usually much faster. Sometimes withdrawals can take longer to process during busier periods or while we restock our rewards / wallets. You can check the status of your rewards by going to https://coinspiller.club/withdraw-history.
If your reward is marked as completed but you didn’t receive it (and you’ve waited an hour or so), please let us know so we can check and resend your payment. If your rewards are still pending, you usually won’t need to get in touch as we’ll be aware of any problems.
