What is a chargeback?
Chargebacks are applied to your account when the offer wall or advertiser has cancelled your transaction. The points earned from the transaction will be revoked and removed from your account.
Chargebacks can occur for many reasons, including fraudulent completions, canceling during a trial period, completing the offer multiple times, accessing the offer using a proxy server or VPN or trying to complete the offer illegitimately. Chargebacks will always come directly from our partners – we never remove points from your account ourselves.
When you receive a chargeback, your account will be automatically suspended until you contact us. To avoid chargebacks, make sure that you are always using valid, genuine information when completing offers and that you follow the offer instructions closely.
